The Luxe Manor in Hong Kong recently opened six themed suites named after the fantasy they conjure to compliment the boutique hotel’s existing 153 rooms.

Guests can choose one of many creatively inspired ambiances and are encouraged to release their imaginations to explore the worlds of Nordic, Safari, Liaison, Royale, Chic or Mirage.

From the moment each door is opened, a journey of exploration begins revealing bespoke furniture, lavish furnishings, state of the art technology, wireless internet connection throughout, eye-catching art work and unique features.

The six suites, all with separate lounge areas and en-suite bathrooms, are individually priced at a reasonable HK$10,000 per night.

The design of each suite also compliments The Luxe Manor’s ‘surreal’ concept, styled after a European mansion.

"The newly opened themed suites at The Luxe Manor are like nothing else currently available in Hong Kong. Each suite has been uniquely designed to encapsulate the theme represented in its name," said Mr Michael Tiplady, Senior Vice President, GR8 Leisure Concept Ltd.

The voyage begins with ‘Nordic’, a glacial cool suite inspired by Eskimo chic featuring sparkling crystal, ice-like bathroom fittings, refreshing shades of blue including a snowflake patterned carpet and soft winter furs reminiscent of a hideaway on the icecaps.

A quick jump across the world leads guests through to the world of ‘Safari’. This suite has been designed to emulate the sensation of sleeping under the desert stars in a Bedouin tent. Safari features low level seating, wood carvings, exotic lanterns, a sunken bath, hidden technology and a desk made from a steamer trunk.

The romance quickly heats up in the ‘Liaison’ suite, a romantic love-nest designed for two. The suite offers a bespoke round bed built into a curvaceous upholstered wall in soft creams and rich reds including classically inspired details from a by-gone era such as Venetian mirrors. The Liaison suite inspires whispered intimacies of classic romance.

Further inspiration for the ‘Royale’ Suite comes from the glamour and seduction of 1940s Hollywood symbolized by stars such as Marilyn Monroe. The suite features luxurious wallpapers, elegant furniture and lavish furnishings throughout the well-appointed room and into the huge bathroom suitable for the most glorious of guests.

The ‘Chic’ suite has been designed for discerning travelers and is modern and sophisticated. The suite draws a palette of black, white and neutrals with soft gold to create an elegant ambience of structure and texture, colour and form. This is the most elegant of the suites and features plush seating, mirrored bathrooms and exquisite details.

The sixth of the inspiring themed suites ‘Mirage’ is not for the faint of heart taking the hotel’s surreal theme a step further with curved walls, optical illusions, hidden features and fun, wild fabrics. With this suite, seeing is believing although nothing is what it seems.

The Luxe Manor is located in the heart of Hong Kong’s Tsim Sha Tsui area bursting with shops, museums, markets, restaurants, bars, clubs and tourist attractions such as the harbour front’s dazzling ‘Avenue of Stars’, and nightly ‘Symphony of Lights’.

The hotel is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and also features a business centre with full secretarial services, function rooms and the signature restaurant, Aspasia.
