Sight by arriving by plane on the island is worth a look because you land in the middle of a tropical vegetation and you have a magnificent sight on Big Buddha (15 metres high).
The airport is made from wooden houses and becomes completely integrated into the surrounding landscape, it has moreover been rewarded for its style and decoration.
Limousines or taxi?
Once you descent from the plane, a bus with several wagons picks you up and bring you to the baggage claim area.
Then there are private taxis (negotiate the fare before getting into them) or airport limousine service which will lead you on the way to the various beaches of the island. If you have already reserved a room in a hotel and advised of your time of arrival, a hotel staff will come pick you up
